Tak tahu ler apsal..
Lately ni mood nak meng'update' blog agak merudum sikit..
In shaa Allah..
Ja akan cuba try test untuk jadi lebih rajin k..Hehe

Mungkin ramai yang sedar..tapi buat-buat tak sedar

We tend to take things for granted, especially to our own body.

But, for me..It sooo true...Ja setuju sangat-sangat..

Harta yang paling bernilai ialah KESIHATAN

Apa gunanya harta yang melimpah ruah tetapi badan tidak sihat..

Kalau tak sihat..macam mana kita nak beribadat kan..
Kalau tak sihat..macam mana kita nak bantu orang lain??
Kalau tak sihat..Trust me..SAKIT itu lebih mahal jadinyer..

Coz..
Anda akan mula gunakan semua resources yang ada (masa & wang)
in order to care for yourself..
 
 
How about me?? Ja tak malu nak mengaku..
Ja mungkin sedar tentang ni tetapi mungkin juga tak ambil berat sangat..
But now..Kesedaran yang sedia ada..Ja nak make it work!!

Alhamdulillah..
In these 2 weeks..Ja dah amalkan pengambilan air sebelum & sejurus bangun tidur dan sejam sebelum every meal..
Also, am trying my very best to eat according to my body clock..

And of course, boleh rasa perbezaannya..
U all pun cuba k..

Another thing yang Ja buat jugak ialah avoid using microwave..
Actually Ja dah berjaya buat ni for 3 years tau..Hehe..
So, sape nak my microvave??
Haha..Of course..x nak bagi ler..
Bukan sebab sayang microwave tu..tapi sayang kat u all ler..

Ja sekarang tengah berusaha untuk tidak reheat makanan tau..

HOW I DO IT??
- Food yang tak abis tu, Ja keluarkan dari fridge..makan sejuk2 gitu je..
(Memang le takde ummphh..tapi....)
-Habiskan terus makanan tu..so, masak sikit2 je
(before this..masak untuk 2-3 kali makan, sekarang kena rajinkan diri..ngeh..ngeh..X pe..polish my skill)
-Throw it (yang ni tak sampai hati nak buat lagi..cian kat rezeki tu)

Setakat seminggu ni..berjaya lagi Ja buat camni..Tapi, in future..tak tau ler..
Balik rumah MIL last week, explain kat my sis in laws..Diorang boleh faham..Hehe
Tapi, MIL kata..sayang ler kalau semua tak boleh reheat..food..minyak masak..etc
Siap cakap orang dulu-dulu..tak de plok kena sakit..

YESS..ITS TRUE..BUT
Cuba kita fikir food dulu..food sekarang..
Lifestyle dulu & sekarang..

Yupp..memang tak dinafikan..susah kita nak ubah tabiat & amalan kita yang dah bertahun-tahun..since datuk nenek kita..Tapi, jom kita cuba slow-slow..buat dulu mana yang mana rasa boleh buat kan..

PERUBAHAN TIDAK DATANG SEKIRANYA KITA TUNGGU & LIHAT
KITA PERLU BUAT..BUAT..BUAT..HINGGA BERJAYA!!
